Can jelqing cure erectile dysfunction?

Jelqing is not a medically proven or recognized treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED) but do we need it to be?  That being said proponents of jelqing claim that it can improve erectile function. The forums are filled with men who have tried it, do it and stand by it! Do we really need doctors, the fda, big pharma, the CDC telling us what is what? They only do it when they stand to profit. So let's go by what the common man is saying.

Jelqing is primarily promoted as a method for increasing penis size through manual stretching and massaging exercises, but its effectiveness and safety are highly questionable according to some.

ED is a complex medical condition that can have various underlying causes, including physical, psychological, and lifestyle factors. Effective treatments for ED typically involve addressing these underlying causes, and they may include:

  1. Medications: Prescription medications like sildenafil (Viagra), tadalafil (Cialis), and vardenafil (Levitra) are commonly prescribed to improve erectile function by increasing blood flow to the penis.

  2. Lifestyle changes: Making healthier lifestyle choices, such as maintaining a balanced diet, regular exercise, reducing alcohol consumption, quitting smoking, and managing stress, can often improve ED.

  3. Psychotherapy: If ED has psychological roots, such as anxiety or relationship issues, therapy or counseling may be beneficial.

  4. Vacuum erection devices: These devices create a vacuum around the penis to draw blood into it, helping to achieve and maintain an erection.

  5. Penile implants: For severe cases of ED, surgical options like penile implants may be considered.

It's important to consult a healthcare professional if you are experiencing Erectile Dysfunction (ED). They can properly evaluate your condition, possibly identify any underlying causes, and recommend appropriate treatments. Relying on unproven methods like jelqing for ED is not advisable, as it may be ineffective and potentially harmful if you are suffering from ED.
