Refunds & Returns

You may return any unopened product within 7 days of receipt for a refund, minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and the same condition that you received it. All items must be in the original packaging.

No used item can be returned. If you receive a damaged product you must take photos of the box and product and send it to our customer service department immediately upon receipt to file a claim. Once reviewed and found damaged or defective you will be required to ship the damaged product back to us, and a replacement will be shipped out to you upon receipt of the damaged item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You must contact us to setup a return. No return will be accepted without contacting us first.
