Product shipping

Shipping is handled by UPS (USPS & Canada Post to P.O Boxes) and shipped Standard with tracking. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is not a problem however we cannot ship via UPS for this, so it goes through USPS or Canada Post and shipping time varies.

Shipping to your work address is not a problem. Just state this in the notes field when checking out. Note: Delivery times vary as it may take 2-3 days for orders to be processed. All orders placed on weekends are sent out the following week. If your product is not in stock when ordered we will ship it out when new stock arrives. If new stock will not arrive in 7 business days, you will be notified and alternate arrangments made.

Security & Confidentiality

We place the utmost importance on customer confidentiality and therefore there is nothing on the packaging which indicates content within. Due to the cost of the product a signature will be required on delivery.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be stated upon checkout and vary according to Province. Shipping is paid/included on checkout. Note: All duties, taxes are payable by the receiver upon receipt of the product and vary according to Province. All shipping costs on returned products are paid by purchaser.

Returns and Refunds

The Bathmate itself is fully covered under the manufactures 12 month warranty. This covers all the parts of the device including the chamber, special valve system and gaiter. We do remind users that proper cleaning of the device will prolong its working life.

We offer everyone who uses the Bathmate Hercules product for 4 weeks and are dissatisfied with the product to return it for a refund, less shipping costs & a $45 waste handling fee (as we cannot restock the product it must be disposed of as a hazardous waste due to the nature of the product and the possibility of STDs). Due to the nature of the Shower Strap and Cleaning Kit, these can not be returned for refund. Furthermore, the Bathmate Goliath is non refundable, so make sure the size is right for you before ordering. The Bathmate Hercules can not be exchanged for Bathmate Goliath. If you purchased your product during a free shipping promotion their is an additional $10.00 fee to cover the cost of shipping. In order to get a refund you must have filed for the warranty (online or by mail) within 1 week of purchase. This means you can try the Bathmate Hercules completely risk free, safe in the knowledge that if you don't see results you haven't lost out. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Returning a product

If the product has been damaged during shipment or is considered defective, please contact us using the support form.

You can return the Bathmate Hercules within 7 days from receipt of purchase, if you have not used it and you will receive a refund, less shipping costs & a $20 re-stocking fee. Box must be unopened (security sticker cannot be breached).

All returns under the 4wk guarantee must be filed by email first. If you send your product back without opening a return slip it will not be processed. Any returns requiring customs fees will not be accepted, so please value as $0.00. See below for more details.

In order to return a product or replace a defective unit you must first contact us through our service page to setup a return. All returns are shipped to our returns department and no returns will be accepted at the original shipping address due to safety reasons. Any returns sent to our outgoing warehouse address will not be accepted. All returned shipments must be sent with tracking & insurance from your shipper to cover a lost product. Once the product is received and processed (usually 3-4 wks) a refund will be issued.
